Metrics important for modern Agile software development organizations

Agile software development – seemingly no control, empowerment and speed. In practice, we also need metrics there, as we found in our studies about agile software companies:

• when studying release readiness
• when monitoring bottlenecks
• when studying project evolution
• when studying quality of agile products
